Sun Set

This unique sculpture was inspired by the light refractions of the setting sun, these angular edges are a new development for Caron's carving and will be further developed in a series of unique carvings and figurative forms.

The L'Almorqui limestone was naturally formed close to Caron's studio over 200 million years ago and is exported all around the world because of it's high quality.

This sculpture was donated to Bolton Hospice in gratitude for the very best care they provide for everyone in need, enabling people to live well with a life-limiting illness.
